An interesting study conducted one of the real estate agencies in the UK that are most interested in people when viewing their favorite listings.
Most people in the UK don’t want to buy a haunted house. According to a new study conducted by experts of Agency of real estate “Move with Us” is an amazing number of property buyers in the UK interested in the existence of ghosts in their potential housing when viewing.
About 19% of questions asked when viewing the selected property ask a question about the ghosts. For this reason, agents that provide the deal, asking that they be informed about all the ghosts or spirits that live in the house.
The agents tell the case when one of the buyers tried to establish contact with otherworldly forces while browsing, another customer said that she wants the house was haunted, as she loves company.
Far fewer people asked what else, except the premises included in the purchase price is only 13% asked this question. One of the buyers said that if there is a parrot, it is also necessary to put up for sale.
About 12 % of the questions from independent agents – questions were about animals and 30% of the cows. Some wondered whether live on the roof of squirrels, or are there any nearby cows that mooing loudly.
Only 6 % of the questions were about the neighborhood. The most unusual questions about the neighbors, for example, “are there neighbors who eat a lot of chips?” the most common question about the neighbors was: is there a cat at the neighbors?
Another unusual question was: “can the buyer stay in the house before he decides he will buy or not” and “is there insulation in the garden”
For a real estate agent is very important to understand what interests the buyer, because he needs to understand that the buyer has complete information about your future home and take an informed decision. This tactic will help you avoid regrets and disappointments in the future.
