Accidental landlord – who is it?

In conditions of economic crisis, many property owners in the UK have become landlords by accident. That is, landlords are people, which had originally the intention to sell your property or just accidentally inherited it and was not going to let to his tenants, but were forced to take such measures due to the stagnation in the market of purchase and sale of real estate. Therefore, despite the seeming simplicity, to be a good landlord, a difficult and very responsible. And before you let yourself into the house landlords must clearly understand what additional hassle will fall on your shoulders.
