The real estate market in the UK is undergoing rapid growth which has come now to the rental market. The latest survey of the rental market showed that it now showed the maximum value, starting from 2012, showing improvement in 11 regions. The best growth of the rental market observed in Scotland, where the market grew by 3.96% compared to the same period last year and now the average rent reached £695.
Across the UK there is good growth in rents , which has now reached the average value of £923 pounds per month, rising by about £20 pounds since February 2013.
These data were provided by the Internet portal “Move with Us”, which specializiruetsya on the rental market.
Rents are rising significantly and in greater London they rose by 1.31% in February 2014.
The decline in rents in February 2014 recorded only in the North-East of the UK. In this region recorded a fall in rents of 3.5%, but by the end of 2013 was an increase of almost £100 pounds a month and now the average rent is £673 pounds.

Overall 2014 will be a very good year for landlords in the UK, as in most regions, the rental rate will grow.
According to preliminary estimates from the Council of Mortgage Lenders UK mortgage loans in January 2014 amounted to £15.5 billion, a third higher than at the same time a year ago to £11.6 billion. Many of these mortgage loans is taken under the lease, as the return on investment from rental property in UK to rent is much higher than the yield on deposits in banks.
Meanwhile, high yield from rent is not necessarily related to the high cost of real estate. Often quite the contrary. The higher the rental yield brings affordable real estate in regional cities with a large number of educational institutions and located close to transport interchanges. In addition, modern requirements are such that the property satisfies the energy efficiency requirements and has been furnished with the necessary furniture, appliances and fixtures.
