Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) UK, which present financial and economic forecasts and recommendations of individuals were interviewed about their vision of the prospects of the UK property market.
Nine out of ten independent consultants anticipate an increase of prices for residential property in the UK over the next three years.
The survey showed that about 86% of financial advisers are confident in the growth of prices up until 2019, i.e. in the next 5 years, many respondents expect a sharp increase in prices.
The prospects of the real estate market in the UK for the next 10 years, only 6% of respondents did not predict a rise in prices, the overwhelming majority believes that the growth in property prices in the UK will be also continued for 10 years.

According to the survey, the main barrier to investment for renting out, is the concern of investors about whether they find tenants. A large proportion of potential investors are also not sure that I will be able to find a Deposit, and some investors see the fence that is extremely a troublesome task to be a landlord.
Now it is clear that confidence in the property market in the UK is not limited to the real estate market of London and southern England, as it was only a year ago.
