Wedding gift of Queen Elizabeth to Prince Andrew, who was once a luxurious mansion in England, the 12-bedroom Sunninghill Park in Berkshire, has now fallen into disrepair after was sold seven years ago to a Kazakh businessman for £15million

The Queen of the United Kingdom gave the mansion for the wedding of the Duke Euroscore Andrew and Sarah Ferguson in 1986.

Eurosca Duchess Sarah Ferguson lived here after his divorce with the Duke during the period from 1996 to 2006, with two of his daughters, Beatrice and Eugenia . In 2006, the Duchess left the house, moved the residence to the former husband, located in Windsor Great Park, and since the house is abandoned as early as the eighth year. And nine months ago permission was granted for its demolition.

In 2007 the house was bought by the businessman from Kazakhstan Timur Kulibayev.

The house is located directly under the flight path of planes arriving eve London Heathrow airport, where every few minutes a plane landing.

Devoid of the last vestiges of its former splendor, princely house, is now a pitiful sight with broken Windows and boarded up doors.

In connection with the increase in the load on Heathrow airport , introducing new trajectory of the aircraft. Low-flying aircraft and loud noise in the area where the mansion is located, have caused numerous complaints from local residents. Residents of nearby villages complain that landing on a terrifyingly low altitude are performed every 2 minutes and the noise level at the landings is 78 decibels.

An online petition complaining of unacceptable levels of noise in the area has already gathered more than 5,500 signatures, and that was the cause of litigation in respect of Heathrow airport that will last for approximately 6 months.

 

In December last year, the real owner of the house, Timur Kulibayev, received permission to redecorate the house. The design of the project was the famous architect Koch. In accordance with the new project, 12-bedroom mansion was to become a modern house with 6 bedrooms and 8 rooms for staff. The project included a spacious living room, dining room, office, room for children’s learning, children’s playroom.

Indoor pool 25 meters had to be constructed instead of the existing outdoor pool.

The construction permit expires in December 2016, but, according to eyewitnesses, the construction work still has not begun. In connection with the unhappy fate of the house in the British tabloid often flashes the name of some Goga Ashkenazi, beauty, socialite, businesswoman from Kazakhstan, which is attributed to the relations with Timur Kulibayev with the Duke Airxcel.
