More than half of homeowners in the UK want to expand your portfolio and buy more property in 2015, feeling that rental prices of residential real estate will grow next year.
Internet-Agency “PropertyLetByUs”
researched the rental market, interviewing owners who property rentals and concluded that the optimism of homeowners based on the growth of rental demand and rental growth over the last 12 months.
According to the study, the income of 40% of homeowners 4% per year, the income of 50% of landlords from 6% to 8% and 10% income above 8%.
