How many minutes should a real estate buyer to make a decision?

Meticulous British calculated that the typical buyer of real estate in the UK have an average of just 38 minutes to make the biggest decision of his life – to buy a house. Half of half of a soccer match lasts longer.

Mostly the decision is made to view future purchase.

But to these figures it is absolutely impossible.

After all, a big part in this question is the Internet. The buyer can get access to all the information online from your PC, watching interactive video and given all the information about the area. There is no statistics of how much time is spent or that the buyer, by studying the information presented on the websites of real estate. The buyer of a house or apartment usually comes to see you is already aware, in fact, having a goal once again to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted to it via the Internet agents.

One click of the mouse you can learn the asking price of the exhibited object, its history, recently sold properties in the area, see pictures inside and outside, see the plan to see the street on the map, to see which nearby transport interchanges and which schools are nearby, get to know the reputation of the area, its criminal nature, the amount of taxes that will have to pay a lot of other useful information.

About two-thirds of potential buyers in the United Kingdom make a purchase offer on the second viewing, 10% of people on the ground and only 29% of people look more than twice before making a purchase offer.

Interesting fact that men on average spend watching one minute more than women. But more men ready to make an offer on the first viewing.

When buying property in the UK is more expensive than £500000, the buyer is required only for a few minutes more than buying cheaper housing to make the buying decision.

In fact, there is a big difference in time for decision-making for each price category. Whether the object is £100,000 or £500000, the difference for the different price categories is only a few minutes.
