According to insider information, a huge number of new apartments in a Grand building complex Battersea Power Station, the price of which will start from £495000 pounds (Studio) , will go on sale in late December 2014.
A total of 1304 apartments and penhausy will be built under the third stage of construction of a unique building complex, erected on the site of the former plant. Prices for a one bedroom apartment will cost from £590000 pounds, and penthouses with 4 bedrooms – up to £3.2 million.
The complex will include a chic pedestrian street which is given the name Electric Avenue, where the residents will be medical centers, gyms, private clinics, plenty of shops, cinemas, cafes and restaurants.
On the roof of the complex will be located in landscaped gardens, developed by design firm Foster + Partners , which will be kryvutsa breathtaking views of London.
One of the buildings of the complex with the romantic name Frank meters away from a castle’s striking Flower will include a library, common room, possibility to order lunch from the chef, a yoga Studio and a selection of treatment rooms and located in medical complex.
