Lloyds Bank has conducted a study according to which Belgravia and Knightsbridge – streets, located in the heart of London, are the most expensive to buy property not only in London but in the whole of the property market in England and Wales. Located in one of the most prestigious locations in the heart of Belgravia between Hyde Park Corner and Belgravia Square, street, Grosvenor Crescent is the most expensive among others.

The average cost of housing on the street is Grosvenor Crescent, where the whole architecture is a UNESCO world Heritage Grade II – £16918000 .
