Property prices coming to the UK market for sale in September 2015, has broken the national record, an increase of 0.9% to £294834 . Good demand, cheap mortgage loans and limited supply on the market promote the further growth of prices.
The average asking price for housing has risen to £2550. This is the first big spurt in prices, since 2002 . Prices for residential property in the upper price range was growing faster , in fact twice ahead of the national average and reaching 1.8%.
In the Northern regions of the UK, where housing prices are below, marked by falling prices. This is despite the fact that reduced supply of new housing and the shortage is even more acute.
In the whole country homebuyers optimistic, inspired by historically low interest rates, which are at a six-year low and enthusiasm associated with the pending rate increase by the Bank of England.

Home to the two bedrooms, which are typical for young first-time buyers afford housing, by contrast, experienced a small decline in demand. Main growth of prices was observed in the four southern regions of the UK, an average of 1.3% in all regions. Northern regions saw prices fall 0.9 per cent. Across the country noticeable the significant decrease in receipts of new property on the market. But in the Northern regions, this decline amounted to 4.9% and in South – 7,1%. Returning to the southern regions is 15 and already the most expensive counties, an increase in prices, more than twice outpacing the growth of average prices in the UK. Among them are the Surrey, Herfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
Falling prices Northern regions is mainly due to the lack of choice available for sale objects. In all likelihood, prices in the North of England will begin to move only after the price boom in the South, which has a ripple effect on the Northern regions of the UK.
