In the UK dramatically increased the rent for apartments with one bedroom. There is a strong demand from young professionals straight out of education and wanting to live near their work.

For rent one bedroom apartments increased by 3.9% in August and reached a value of £1054. New Landbay Rental index, launched just a month ago, has published its first results. The upward trend in rates for rental property in the UK is explained by only one word – “work.” The labour market in the UK is improving day by day that immediately affects demand in the rental market of real estate .

It is clear that the most popular one-bedroom apartment – these apartments are in demand among young professionals and couples who have not bought their homes but don’t want to live in the Dorm.

For potential investors this is an obvious signal that the one-bedroom apartment now is a very safe asset, backed by a stable economy, low inflation, low interest rates and good labour market situation.
