For example, only 16% said that they are ready to buy a house near a landfill, 37% said they expect a discount of at least 31% of the asking price for the inconvenience.
48% of potential buyers would not want to live in the area , where the busy route of the airlines, and 36% are concerned about the fate of real estate located on a cliff as the soil in such areas more prone to erosion.
