More than two-thirds of tenants in the UK saving up money for a Deposit to get a mortgage for the purchase of their own homes. About the same number of tenants ready to move away from their friends and their families, but in your own house.

A study conducted by the company rental of real estate showed that more than one third of tenants had no hope to buy their own homes.

About 46% of the tenants will be able to afford to buy their own house if they will move to a cheaper area, and one in six will be forced to let myself in the house of the tenant which would relieve him from the payment of the mortgage.

Among the issues the tenants were these: “How much time you need to buy your own house?”

One third of tenants stated that they need two years, nearly 20% said that it will take three years, 4% believe that they will need 5 years and 1.5% said that they would need 10 years.

However, tenants tend to move to their own home – 51 % said they hope to soon move a more pleasant and comfortable housing.

The latest data show that more and more young people takes a house for a long time. Almost 60% of people from 20 to 39 years old in England will be renting a property by 2015, while 26% will be able to become owners.

In this younger age group becomes greater the proportion of people who are harder to buy homes than the previous generation. What is clear is that most people still aspire to buy their own home, but realize that this will need to go to great sacrifices and compromises and in the end, people prefer to rent.
