The school leads the ranking of the main criteria when searching for a place to live in the UK

A good school is almost unanimously the top ranking in the priorities of parents when purchasing property in the UK for life.

About 72% of parents voted for the school as the most important criterion when choosing a place to live, followed by good transport infrastructure with 37% and further, for the 33% of respondents it is important the surrounding society.

When a similar question was asked to children, 60% said that they want to live near their friends, and then 49% prefer to live near the school, 47% would like to have more nearby parks and open green spaces and only 17 % would like to live near the theaters.

Adults parents, answering the question of how they would like to see your dream home, 54% said it should be a new house, regardless of the city, the suburbs or in the countryside is this house.

A survey conducted among the owners of a house in England showed that not everyone is happy with their home and half of those who live in an old house, don’t consider this house your dream home. And among those, to living in a new home 65% are satisfied with their housing and do believe that they are living in their dream home.

Modern kitchen with all integrated appliances is also an important attribute, which voted 23% of respondents. A survey of children showed that the most favorite place in the home is a private bedroom – 81% of children aged 11 to 16 years assessed personal space and gave preference to the bedroom as your favorite place in the house. The garden voted 45% of children, putting it in second place after the bedroom.
