Meanwhile, many tenants, namely 47% just can’t save up for a Deposit to buy a house in England or flat in London, and 22% admitted that they are unable to access mortgage lending.

The extremely high cost of property in London and the South-East of England led to the fact that people are trying to find a city where real estate is cheaper. However, moving is a difficult decision for all people. People get used to the fact that live near their relatives and friends, but the most difficult part is always finding work in a new place. Therefore, the private rental sector will always remain an important part of the real estate market in the UK. Rent is a guaranteed roof over your head. In addition, the government, realizing the importance of the problem, implement a set of measures to make life easier for tenants.
