Young professionals in the UK pay an average of £71000 to buy property in 20 of the most popular areas of the United Kingdom.
Average price of property in 20 of the most popular areas reaches £735874, compared with £664716 in the areas adjacent to them, and less popular. The difference is 13% , or £71158 in absolute terms.
A study conducted by Lloyds Bank shows that the index BN3 in Hove on the South coast of England’s most popular with young families, following Unsworth and Wimbledon in London .
