More than a third of potential buyers of property in the UK prepared to pay an average of more than £226000 to purchase real estate, spending less than 30 minutes to view their future purchases.

Approximately 36% of buyers make a purchase offer after the first viewing, and 26% do offer after three views.

Every week, thousands of buyers make a decision about buying real estate in London, the cost of which amounts to six-digit numbers, based on my opinion that they got during a quick viewing. Many of these buyers are then faced with unexpected repair costs or large bills for the update because immediately noticed a number of deficiencies of their future housing.

The market of real estate in the UKand especially the London property market is very active. Often several buyers competing for the same object, so buyers zachastuju in a hurry to make a decision, to stay ahead of the competition.

Meanwhile, the haste in making the important life decisions often translates into increased financial burden after purchase.

The study also showed that the number of views depends on the age. The older the buyer, the more carefully he comes to the purchase and the more hits does before you send a purchase offer to the seller. More experienced buyers send a proposal to multiple vendors, to insure against the risk of failure.
