The Brits are willing to spend £23271 more on the property, if it will help to protect the environment.The study, conducted by about a landscaping company Marshalls said that nearly two-thirds – namely, 62% of UK residents said that they have to make sure that their future home has eco-friendly properties, before they decide to buy a new house or apartment. Eco-friendly properties involve the use of environmentally friendly materials, save water, electricity and use of solar panels.Often, construction companies save and easy to decide to rise in the cost of projects associated with improving the quality of housing in the direction of energy saving. But this kind of inspirational research give companies an understanding of what the buyer is willing to pay more to feel involved in the careful treatment of resources.
