Buying property in the UK are becoming more discerning. There was a time when the availability of good schools, kindergartens and convenient transport links were enough to entice the potential buyer. Now, it seems, real estate agents in the UK competing in the professional study of buzzwords to pique the interest of buyers.
As shown by a new study now mandatory elements of a new high quality home are Underfloor heating, granite or stone work surfaces in the kitchen and ceiling speakers. Our advice to investors. New building in Fulham.
The study was conducted by insurance giant AVIVA. Analysis of more than five million properties for sale in the UK showed that 257000 houses will now be described in specifications as homes with a “superior interior”. The most common convenience mentioned in 63% of those homes is Underfloor heating. 27% of the homes boast high quality finishes including granite working surface of kitchen furniture, marble floor. Other attributes improved interior should include ceiling speakers, separate walk-in closets, entertainment centers, built-in appliances and interior design items from prestigious brands.
The analysis also showed that although the surrounding atmosphere and is an important factor when selling property, only 2% of the property descriptions indicate the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants. 61% of for sale homes is described as a peaceful and relaxing place, and the presence of a pub nearby is noted only in one case out of 10.
Schools, as a key feature of property in the UK refer more to the South-East of the country. And in the North-East about the availability of schools is mentioned in only 2% of for sale homes.
In greater London the garden as a key item in the sale, and almost the most important as indicated in 12% of the descriptions, despite the limited space in the capital. About 28% of suggestions point to the “large garden”, and 7% offer a “beautiful or well-kept” garden. The advantage is the presence of “garden on the South side”
Oddly enough, transportation was one of the least popular features and mentioned in less than 1% of studied lists. About 70 % of the objects, which mentions the availability of transport, also noted that the facility is available and located.
And yet, the house is a very individual thing. The character of the house and its charm – it’s a matter of personal preference and taste, if one important smart tech for another brand furniture, and for the third – the convenience of transport and the availability of schools nearby.
But if you are lucky, you will get together with buying a home with additional benefits in the form of a warm floor or chic fixtures and accessories included in the purchase price, you will surely appreciate the advantages and convenience of living in this house.
