All real estate in the UK should be part of the recently approved government program of reparations.
The program will create three independent Committee to investigate complaints from the tenant. The Committee will consider complaints about hidden fees and poor service. If the complaint is upheld, the tenant will receive compensation.
Many of the real estate agencies in the UK are already part of this program, and the agencies that remained, and about 40% of the market, offered to join the program now.
According to housing Minister Kris Hopkins, the new rules provide a reasonable balance for protection of tenants and does not damage the rental market in the UK for its excessive bureaucracy.
Fair and honest market implies openness. However, there are a small number of agents that hide their tenants, thereby bringing disrepute to the entire industry. Why it was proposed this program, which will be a kind of insurance for tenants and excluded from the market by unscrupulous landlords.

Another measure is the introduction of so-called voluntary code of practice, which sets standards for the ownership of property in the private rental sector.
It will include a guide for tenants, which will be painted with the actions of the tenant in case he becomes a victim of misconduct of landlord, for example, it will be taken too high rents or the housing quality will be very low.
Will also be offered a standard lease that the lessor and lessee may conclude, for example, for three years.
All these measures will provide families who rent a place to live, stability and security.
Another guide is designed for local authorities how to prevent the illegal eviction of tenants, as well as to influence the landlords illegally evict. In General, the Handbook is an overview of how to improve service quality in the private rental sector.
