When buying a house or apartment in England, built by us, you receive from your attorney, providing the deal a useful booklet called “Guide to your new home” which is more about maintaining your new home.

For three years we received the maximum 5* rating customer satisfaction. This means that at least 90% of our customers who already bought a house in England, apartment England from us, including a flat or house in London would recommend us to their friends, at the same time as the same number of our customers who bought our properties in the UK, say they are satisfied with the quality of your new home.

Held each year rating among construction companies engaged in residential real estate in the UK, based on your feedback, independent customer satisfaction surveys. The national New homes survey, sent to owners of new apartments and houses in the UK eight weeks after completion , is designed to help potential customers make informed decisions, increase customer satisfaction and encourage best practices in the industry. The rating is completely independent and is based on responses to two questions: “would you recommend your Builder that sells houses and apartments in the UK, friend?” And “how satisfied are you with quality of your new apartment or house in the UK? Ratings are assigned as follows:

5 star – 90% or more * homeowners who bought a house or apartment in England, should be prepared to recommend to their developers friends, and at least 90% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality.

4 star – 80% or more * homeowners who bought an apartment or a house in England, should be prepared to recommend to their developers friends, and at least 80% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality.

3 stars – 70% or more * homeowners who bought an apartment or a house in England, should be prepared to recommend to their developers friends, and at least 70% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality.

2 stars – 60% or more * homeowners who bought an apartment or a house in England, should be prepared to recommend to their developers friends, and at least 60% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality.

1 star – 50% or more * homeowners who bought an apartment or a house in England, should be prepared to recommend to their developers friends, and at least 50% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality.

* The percentage depends on the number of really obtained answers from real customers that already have purchased an apartment or a house in the UK.

The rating is open to construction companies, which built more than 300 homes a year. This is a voluntary scheme. Only those builders of residential nedvijimosti the UK who decided to participate could be assessed star rating.
