Plans to build Britain’s first floating village at London’s Royal Dock has become much more real after mayor of London Boris Johnson was declared the winner in the competition for the design and construction.
Ambitious plans to create a floating village, the mayor announced in February 2013, meaning that the project will create jobs , homes and commercial space in the heart of Royal Dock.
