Friends! As everyone already knows, now all citizens of the Russian Federation having the right to legally reside in the territory of another country, are obliged to notify the Federal Migration Service. In the absence of such notification Criminal ( !!!) liability in the form of fines of up to 200,000 rubles or wage convicted or obligatory works for the term up to 400 hours. And , of course, “all the delights” , which can be obtained by a person with a criminal record in Russia.
Who must notify:
1. Persons with 2 or more citizenship
2. Persons with residence permit in another country.
3. Persons having the right visa to work
4. Persons having any other visa that allows a long time to stay in the territory of another country.
For those who don’t happen on the territory of Russia , the document does not apply. But once you cross the border of Russia, the obligation arises and you must notify your favorite state that you have a right to live in the territory of another state.
July 28, 2014 approved, finally, forms and notices 6 August 2014 published the decision of the migration service, claiming an order of notice. The document comes into force on 17 August 2014. That is, since that date, FMS will be obliged to take notice.
