New online resource Ready Rental will help all property owners in the UK to manage their property more efficiently

New rules requiring homeowners in the UK to check the immigration status of the tenant, will begin as a pilot project to be tested from December 2014, but already launched the corresponding new service in the Internet which will help landlords to meet the new regulations in accordance with the law.
Ready Rentals system has been created to help homeowners to check everyone who will refer to them as a potential tenant, their right of stay on the territory of the United Kingdom, documents such as passport, certificate of naturalization, or other proof of immigration status.
Once the rules come into force, the owner of property in the UK in breach of Immigration Act, will be fined £3,000. The new law has already caused a lot of talk in the sector of private rental property.

Commented: can the landlord to perform the functions of the migration service?
Another negative argument is a concern that the law could have a detrimental impact on the industry of rental residential property in the UK, in particular, many property owners won’t rent their homes, for fear of inadvertently breaking the rules and being fined. In this case, the lack of offers could lead to higher prices for rental.
The UK government is considering the issue of migration as one of its most pressing problems. This question raises many debates in Parliament , and sometimes becomes a subject of political speculation.
However, the government hopes that the new legislation will not only help the government to control illegal immigrants, but will provide homeowners the safety and guarantee of payment of rent.
The new online Ready Rentals system will be available to all for a small annual fee to all owners of residential property in the UK. All registered users will be able to obtain valuable answers to all their issues, law updates, advice on advertising campaigns and individual approach to solving tasks of a particular landlord.
In the complex system Ready Rental will help the landlord in all matters and will make the process of renting a property more comfortable and efficient, and will enable you to confidently manage your investment portfolio even inexperienced landlords. The system was developed with the support of the Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors. Access to the Ready Rentals will be from anywhere in the world and now the system is able to support all the people who have property in England, Wales and Scotland.
