The ancient city of the UK, beautiful bath, tops the list of most desirable places to live among buyers of real estate in England. Next comes the town of Exeter and then Bournemouth. Bat is popular among buyers due to its diverse , rich history and easy access to nature. Exter, the British loved the proximity to the swamps and the shoreline. And Bournemouth is famous for its beaches and modern architecture. Next on the list, compiled by real estate Agency Stacks Property Search , should, Cheltenham, Truro, Milton Keyes, Leicester, Marvell, wells, Brighton and Winchester. Life in cities is becoming increasingly popular, but the British , choosing between the city and the countryside, I prefer to choose a town rich in history, culture, good universities and schools, good shopping and the opportunity to obtain entertainment.

Cheltenham residents love for its great shopping, beaches and a beautiful coastline, Truro is just 30 minutes from surf beaches, Milton Keyes love for the old house and close access to the city centre, Oxford a world center of science, culture and education, wells is famous for its musical culture, Brighton was chosen by the lovers of the Bohemian life.
The uniqueness and attractiveness of these cities is that on the one hand, they are small enough and friendly, they low crime rate, on the other hand, they have everything you need for a full, rich life. As a sort of mini-London, the city is compact and convenient.
This kind of attractive city all ages – from schoolchildren to the elderly.
However, the popularity of these cities led to the growth of real estate prices. Especially there is a shortage of housing in cities where there are schools. So, in bath, is just not enough affordable for-sale housing. While at Oxford property prices are comparable with London.
