Asking prices for property in the UK suddenly decreased in may by 0.1%. This is the first decline in may for the last 5 years. An unexpected outcome of the elections has led to the fact that the uncertainty in buyers ‘ minds behind and some time after the election will be markedly upward market pressure on prices.

 

 

In all likelihood, the new government will face a long-term problem of the supply of new housing units on the property market in the UK. In his election campaign the conservative government has promised to supply the market with about 275000 units of new housing for the next elections to the Parliament.
