A study conducted by Lloyds Bank showed that young professionals, well educated and qualified and well-paid jobs, prefer to live in the city a pleasure close to cities, making full use of the advantages of cities for work and for entertainment.

So in the area of Wimbledon, the average price of property is £624110, and in the area of Wandsworth – £672178, 19% and 28% higher than the average for London, where the average price of residential property is £523412.
The most expensive areas of London are among the areas popular with young professionals is Paddington and Hampstead , where the average price of a residential real estate object are respectively £1319237 and £1310868, forcing young professionals to pay the sellers in these areas the additional premium in the amount of 150% compared to the average of the London price.
The popular young professionals neighborhoods of the cities of Manchester, Birmingham, Bradford and Bristol housing prices also 49%-58% higher than the average for these cities.
