Demand for real estate in may in the UK has reached its highest level since September 2014 at the same time , the pace of supply of new housing were the lowest for the last three years.
Approximately 383 three potential real estate buyer in every branch of the real estate agencies registered in may , there is an obvious demand growth compared to April , when there were 344 registered potential buyer in every branch.
Such data results in its report, the national Association of real Estate Agencies of the United Kingdom. Moreover, it is the highest level of registered buyers since may 2005, when the 386 new buyers were registered in may 2005.

With the arrival of new housing, the situation is much more sad. 46 new real estate listings entered the average of each branch in may 2015. Therefore, the most urgent task for today is to organize a large-scale construction of new affordable housing – the solution to this problem should be priority No. 1 from the British government.
