An average of £2550 rose property prices in the UK in September

Property prices coming to the UK market for sale in September 2015, has broken the national record, an increase of 0.9% to £294834 . Good demand, cheap mortgage loans and limited supply on the market promote the further growth of prices.

The average asking price for housing has risen to £2550. This is the first big spurt in prices, since 2002 . Prices for residential property in the upper price range was growing faster , in fact twice ahead of the national average and reaching 1.8%.

In the Northern regions of the UK, where housing prices are below, marked by falling prices. This is despite the fact that reduced supply of new housing and the shortage is even more acute.
