Famous UK TV presenter launches your construction project

Famous television host of the popular television show in the UK Grand Designs Kevin McCloud is the Creator and participant of the most ambitious and largest construction project in the English city of Bristol.

New building at Southmead took the place of the old elementary school , after the demolition which the municipality agreed to sell the land construction Association United Communities. It is planned that the new building will be completed by 2019. The Association plans to build houses in partnership with a construction company HAB Housing (Happiness Architecture Beauty), which is owned by Kevin McCloud .

Of the 160 apartments to be built in the framework of the project, the third will meet the criteria for “ affordable housing” . All the houses will be built with the latest energy efficiency standards and correspond to the fourth level of code stability. In addition, all new development will meet the criteria of environmental protection, will be in green infrastructure, to develop low levels of hydrocarbons. The goal of the developers is not only to provide a high level of quality and design, but also to create the opportunity for a new, healthy lifestyle. Cooperation with the renowned architectural office of Kevin McCloud will provide the project designer of exceptional originality and refinement.

The project is unique in the fact that it allows the people of Bristol to participate in the discussion of the design of the project and to influence the shape of future houses. Feedback from residents showed that people want to live in a small but modern homes with good access to the natural environment.
