The average price of new residential property in the UK increased by 12% over the last 5 years and is £ 233 822 , according to a new research Agency in Halifax. This means that residential property in new homes are 9 percent more expensive than the average property in the UK
Across the UK there is an increase in the price of real estate in the UK by 40% from £ 166 to 473 over the past 10 years.
