Among the owners of homes in the UK conducted a survey on the topic: “What would the Brits to see your future home?” The main theme of the responses is such that every British citizen would prefer a detached house with garden, located close to infrastructural amenities.
Most surveyed part of the people themselves, has no economic motive for the move, but more than half of the respondents , namely, 51.7 per cent said that the desire to change your lifestyle – the main reason , which may encourage them to move.
Around 35.5% of people believe that close access to shopping and other amenities could be the reason for the move, 32.5 per cent believe that they might have pushed with designated family and friends, to 31.2% moved would be if it helped reduce their expenses for maintaining the home and 30.3% want to move to a house of larger size.

Another interesting observation revealed in the survey. Approximately 10% of families willing to live in a family where lives of several generations. Now in the UK, approximately 500,000 families in which live three generations. The number of such families has increased by 30% over the last ten years.
The main trend – we all dream about a larger home. The increase in the size of your home people are willing to make either by reducing the area of the earth, either by moving to a cheaper place. The most desirable future home the vast majority of Britons believes a detached house – this house wants 82,9% of UK citizens.
Almost 95% of respondents want in their house was the outside space with balconies, winter gardens and terraced gardens. The most popular different types of gardens that are built into the living space of the house or directly adjacent to people living in London. In the suburban areas of the UK people are more interested in small personal gardens and large gardens, courtyards, large gardens or winter terraces. Welcome wonderful views of the countryside or the area near the water.
A very important argument is walking distance to shops, public transport, cultural attractions of the city.
