Now in the UK, approximately 500,000 families in which live three generations. The number of such families has increased by 30% over the last ten years.

The main trend – we all dream about a larger home. The increase in the size of your home people are willing to make either by reducing the area of the earth, either by moving to a cheaper place. The most desirable future home the vast majority of Britons believes a detached house – this house wants 82,9% of UK citizens.

Almost 95% of respondents want in their house was the outside space with balconies, winter gardens and terraced gardens. The most popular different types of gardens that are built into the living space of the house or directly adjacent to people living in London. In the suburban areas of the UK people are more interested in small personal gardens and large gardens, courtyards, large gardens or winter terraces. Welcome wonderful views of the countryside or the area near the water.

A very important argument is walking distance to shops, public transport, cultural attractions of the city.
